Well Hello everyone!
Sorry haven't blogged in sometime...I just prefer facebook at this moment as a way to share. Well anyways I have a question I would love to ask those that follow the Lord. You see in my enthusiasm to share on Facebook something I found in scripture , I found many friends who did not agree with me on the subject. While I was not shocked, what was and is shocking is that after much research I still can't see their side. So I want to ask you two questions. This is not to provoke, or start trouble or to bring anger. I really want to know your answers or even if you don't anwer me, I pray you seek the answers out yourself.
First Question (two parts) Do you think the Lord created everything? And if so, do you think he created evil?
Second Question: (three parts) Do you think the Devil is a fallen angel? Most give scriptures for Lucifer (a king), fallen Angels (who are all in everlasting chains) and Satan as all being the same person. Do you know the history of these three scriptures? Have you looked into what others belive that don't think he's a fallen angel, the history they give and the scriptures they also give?
You may write me on here, in private, or not at all. I only post to (I pray) get everyone to look beyond what is taught, and look and seek the Lord in his truth. These questions may not be salvation type questions but they sure will make your love for the Lord grow when you have a better understanding of Him.

Are you asking if : the devil, lucifer and satan are the same person?
Thanks for your question and the answer is; no, I am saying I see them as Three separate people from scripture and from historical accounts.
I am asking you do you think they are three different people/spirits and if not, or if so, I would love to see scripture.
It seems from most accounts that most people believe that Satan, Lucifer, and the Fallen Angels are one in the same...I am asking you to look into that, research it, search the History...you'll find some shocking truths. I did.
It's too easy to believe what we are told. If you seek in earnest the Lord will guide you.

#1- Is.45:5-7, the NASB translation reads "creating calamity" and I find that to be a better translation than "evil". Even if you do translate it "evil" that's not synonymous with sin. Sin is a different Hebrew word altogether. The bigger question though is what is the point? What is the context here, and what point is God making? "I am the LORD and there is no other, Besides Me there is no other God." This theme is repeated in verse 5, and verse 6 and further on in the next several chapters of Isaiah. God is asserting His absolute sovereignty. God is sovereign. Period. I absolutely believe and accept His sovereignty.
#2. Revelation 12:9, "And the great dragon was thrown down, the serpent of old who is called the devil and Satan, who deceives the whole world; he was thrown down to the earth, and his angels were thrown down with him." Clearly, the Bible is talking about one who has been called by different names (dragon, serpent, devil, Satan). Going back to verses 3-4, and using Scripture to interpret Scripture, we can cross reference that with Dan. 8 and also Is. 14, where some translations introduce the name Lucifer [mine does not, it reads "star of the morning (lit. shining one), son of the dawn."] My belief is not based on "history" but on what the Bible clearly teaches.
I'm not interested in a debate, as I don't think it would be edifying. I will comment though that I've read through your FB post and this one, and while you request Scripture to refudiate your own views, you have not provided Scripture to validate your own.

Angel, I do plan on writing back as soon as I get a chance...it's crazy around here. I am thinking of getting up really early as I have 3 or four people asking me questions on this matter. I did want to say that I do not know what I was thinking on my earlier comment where I said they are 3 different people (devil, Lucifer and Satan) the devil and Satan are the same, Lucifer was a king, and the angels are in everlasting chains in hell.
I will have to wait to explain the rest. I do want to thank you so much for taking the time to ask, and share, it is a huge blessing for me to search out the Lord and the scriptures in all of this.
